Gregory Ouellet, MD graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI with a degree in biology and then attended medical school at the University of Rochester. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Yale and continued at Yale as a fellow in geriatrics. Dr. Ouellet is interested in the role of multiple chronic conditions and their treatments on the outcomes that matter to older adults. In addition, he is interested in improving the delivery of appropriate health care services to older adults, specifically surrounding transitions of care.
